The Crowne Plaza Moscow WTC hotel is preparing a plan for a phased exit from the forced restrictions associated with the self-isolation of its customers.
Hotels in Moscow were among the first to feel the impact of the global pandemic on their business, despite the fact that their activities were not formally restricted in any way, except for the introduction of mandatory conditions for social distancing and compliance with safety measures and prevention of the spread of the coronavirus infection. Thus, throughout this time, the Crowne Plaza Moscow WTC Hotel continued to operate and provide services to its few (compared to the pre-crisis level) guests. During this period, for the convenience, safety, and protection of guests’ health, the RFR GRILL restaurant of the World Trade Center, which has always hosted guests of the Crowne Plaza Moscow WTC, organized food delivery directly to the room to minimize people's contacts and, consequently, potential risks.
Director of the Crowne Plaza Moscow WTC Hotel Sergey Tarasov stated: "Our hotel, as always, operates 24/7 in compliance with all international standards. High-quality cleaning is carried out every day, rooms and public areas are disinfected. Breakfast is delivered to your room, which makes your stay even more comfortable and safe. All staff undergo medical checks before the start of the working day. In addition, communication with the staff, if desired, can be completely minimized by communicating by phone or via online chat to order room service or other services."
Of course, due to the current epidemiological situation, the hotel's turnover has decreased. Now the management of PJSC "ITC" together with the team of the hotel and other structural divisions of the World Trade Center have prepared a plan for the gradual lifting of restrictions, for which new interesting services, additional offers for customers, and attractive programs for guests for the period after their release from forced isolation are being actively developed.
Undoubtedly, the Crowne Plaza Moscow WTC will also continue its work on introducing innovative and advanced technologies in its work to make guests' stay even more comfortable.
Previously, the Crowne Plaza Moscow WTC was the first hotel to introduce such unique services as Yandex.Station voice assistant "Alice", thanks to which the guests can use all the features of smart speakers and give instructions to the virtual concierge, and BagsPorter services for delivery of baggage to the airport, remote check-in of luggage on flights, which saves visitors time, as there is no need to go back to the hotel to pick up bags before going to the airport.
Director of the Crowne Plaza Moscow WTC Hotel Sergey Tarasov stated:
"We have rethought our daily work and made the health and safety of our guests a priority. Our hotel is your safe choice, without compromising the comfort and quality of service. And we are already seeing a response from our guests – ratings in online sources are higher than ever in the history of the hotel. At the same time, we will continue to introduce contactless operations and information transfer, for example, we are already expanding the range of online press."
During this difficult time for all of us, the Crowne Plaza Moscow WTC team could not stay away. Recently, the hotel took part in a wonderful promotion of the InterContinental Hotels Group - "Lights of Love". The event was held all over the world as a sign of solidarity and recognition of the selfless service of colleagues in hospitality, in support of medical workers, doctors and other helpers in our communities, in order to convey our love and hope to everyone through the lighted windows and once again remind everyone that together we will overcome everything.
In May, our hotel will not be able to organize such interesting events for the anniversary of the Great Victory, as years earlier, with a field kitchen, live music in the hotel for clients who are of members of foreign delegations and participants in the March of the Immortal Regiment, and providing viewing of the fireworks on the roof of the tallest tower of the WTC, but nevertheless there will be a pleasant surprise!
