Congress events and exhibitions

WTC Moscow’s events facilities make it possible to realize an event of any format. From small rooms for negotiations and business meetings to conference halls of the Congress Center for up to 1500 people, as well as our own catering service and one of the largest five-star hotels in Moscow (the Crowne Plaza Moscow World trade center).

The World Trade Center hosts conferences, organizes business missions, accommodates negotiations, holds training programs using its own database of experts and inviting prominent speakers from Russia and abroad via international associations.

A business mission is a specially prepared trade promotion program that aims at establishing direct trade and economic ties with foreign enterprises, exchanging experience and obtaining information on the state of the market in order to conclude a contract. A business mission program may include meetings with business partners, presentations of companies and products, visits to exhibitions and industrial enterprises, B2B-meeting and other events.

The Virtual business missions


The "Virtual Business Mission" project invites you to use opportunities of World Trade Centers’ Association in order to find partners, promote your business on foreign markets and attract investment.

The ultimate goal of the project is to facilitate the development of business cooperation with foreign partners.

The format includes a series of personal and virtual meetings of Russian and foreign countries’ business circles representatives including B2B negotiations.

The project is aimed at providing our partners with:

  • statistical and analytical information on the markets of different countries;
  • access to our website for the presentation of their projects, goods and services to potential foreign partners;
